the Jenner at lake Königssee
The Jenner, at 1,873 metres, is located on the edge of Berchtesgaden National Park, nestled in the mountain range of the Berchtesgaden Alps. …The imposing peaks of Watzmann (2,713 m), Hoher Göll and Hochkalter are among the highest and most beautiful mountains in Germany. The flying area is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular in the entire Northern Alps. In good weather, we fly from Jenner along Hoher Göll, over the Kehlsteinhaus and across the emerald green Königssee, with the magnificent Alpine panorama always in view.

In good conditions, we fly much longer than on a classic flight. We turn in the thermals and climb up to the clouds.

… longer, higher, further… thermal flying becomes a short cross-country flight – an airy expedition over the Berchtesgaden Alps.

Film and Photography Service
Upon request, we can record your flight in HD quality using a special GoPro camera mounted on a telescopic pole. The video with images costs €25. You’ll receive the data on your smartphone immediately after the flight.
No prior knowledge is required. However, safe flight operation requires participants to be in good physical condition. You should be able to actively assist with take-off and landing, which means being able to run a few steps quickly., … more..

Tandem flying in Germany is subject to strict guidelines! …All safety-related equipment is inspected at regular intervals by a state-approved testing agency, the German Hang Gliding Association, and has a general operating licence (ABE). As with the equipment, pilots are also required to meet high standards with appropriate training and testing. Every pilot has a licence to carry passengers and has the legally required passenger liability insurance.
